Refer a new client to our practice and both you and your friend/relative will receive a discount on your next exam.
At the client’s first appointment they will receive $10.00 off their exam. Once a new client has had that first appointment we will put a $10.00 credit on the referring client’s account.
The new client must have a referral card given to them by a current client. Referral cards can be obtained at our office. There is no limit to the number of people that a client can refer.
Some exclusions apply. To maintain a safe environment for our clients and staff we reserve the right to decline some patients. New clients must pay a deposit to hold the first appointment. Offer valid to only new clients.
