I've been taking my Scottie dogs to Dr. Mazzei for nearly 10 years and she is the most compassionate & empathetic Veterinarian I've ever met. She has even given them kisses when she sees them. I wouldn't even bother taking my pets to any other vet!

The folks at Shiloh Animal Hospital are so friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you and your fur baby. They are also priced fair, which makes a big difference. I highly recommend them.

We love Shiloh Animal Clinic! Took my Yorkie to the vet for an ear infection. Dr.Lockhart showed my hubs & I how to properly hold the dog and put drops in his ears. Today was the 2-week follow-up visit. My dog's ears have completely cleared-up. Yah!

Dr. Mazzei has been with my boy since the very beginning. He is now 11 years old and I believe she has saved him more than once. She is incredibly compassionate and will problem-solve the issue with you. I am incredibly grateful for her helping me keep my pup healthy through the years.

They handled my baby with such care and love that he came out excited and ready to come back only vet I know that kept him calm through special treats!!!!!! Love them they are all so sweet

Took Miss Ripley to be spayed and get her round of necessary shots. They handled her with care and she did very well with her 3day medication.

I can’t say enough about the loving care this practice provides. They have met every need of my sweet golden retriever, who recently passed due to cancer. They took amazing care of him - and me as well. Such compassion and responsiveness., and prices are very reasonable. I’ve gone to many vets over the years but this practice is hands down the very best of the best.

I can’t express enough how wonderful Dr. Mazzei and her staff are. My dog I had since I was 14 had to be put to sleep, and the compassion and kindness my family received was above and beyond. I now take my blood hound and two kitties to Shilo animal hospital, and I could not ask for a better veterinary office. The kitties had ear infections, and one had ear mite eggs, I asked about treating my blood hound, and Dr. Mazzei said she would look into his simprica trio because she is pretty sure he is covered, but we got busy with the two cats and forgot to figure that out before I left. That was Thursday, and the following Monday Dr. Mazzei herself called to assure me that his simprica would protect him from ear mites. I had already forgotten about even asking that question; and it just meant so much that she remembered and took time out of her day to call me herself and reassure me he was covered. You can tell everyone at Shilo truly cares about you and your pets.

We were looking for a vet that would take good care of our 3 pound Hava-poo puppy. This is our 2nd visit Dr. Maise & her staff were great. I want to thank my neighbor for recommending Dr. Maise to be our Vet for our Cody.

Very happy w Shiloh Animal Hospital. If it is something that a vet tech can do (draw blood, clip nails) they will schedule you w a vet tech to keep your cost down. Appointment times are the actual time you're seen. They are very sweet and gentle w my 13 year old dog. Highly recommend.

My husband and I felt welcomed by the front office staff, to include our fur puppy, Chloe-D, received an even warmer welcome from Dr. Mazzei. I’m happy I did my research when seeking out a good veterinarian for our fur girl.

Full disclosure, I work here. But I'm continually impressed by Dr. Mazzei and the level of care my pets are receiving. Their former vet was wonderful but missed some things. Dr. M is very thorough and offers multiple treatment options to help with the budget.

They took great care of our 2 cats during their spay/neuter. Afterwards they send me a check up call, and offered their help with an unrelated rash for no extra charge, and they didn't try to convince me I need to come in again, they kept it over call/email to save me money. These people definitely care about their "patients" and their 'parents' respectively, and that clearly shows in their practice.

This is such an honest, affordable vet. The staff is amazing and caring. They didn’t hesitate to trim our dogs nails for a low fee and most importantly, they found out and cured an ongoing issue that our dog has had with his ears for years. We’ve seen several vets throughout the Miami Valley and have been told his ear issues are due to fleas, allergies to his food, allergies to grass or ear mites. We have spent hundreds on random flea and earmite medication, it turns out he never had them. This vet took a sample and had it tested the same day to figure out what was wrong and they were right! It’s been months since our last appointment and he no longer has issues with his ears. They also charged way less than any vet we’ve ever been to.

They are the BEST!!!!!

Dr. Mazzei has been treating our kitties and dogs for many, many years. She is caring, compassionate, very loving to the animals and extremely helpful. She even calls back when you explain to a staff member I need to speak with her! Her techs and staff are also excellent and caring.

I'm actually a new client at Shiloh Animal Hospital. (2 puppy appointments) Everyone seems friendly and caring at this location so far. The wait times are spectacular, in and out! I plan to continue using this Vet. The prices are fair. When you call to make the first appointment they will charge a deposit fee that's applied toward the first visit total. I'm sure they do this because of people not showing up. Over all I made the right choice, choosing this Vet!

It's hard to put a review into words right now, as we ended up having to put our little cat, Pita, down today. However, the Dr and her entire staff was very sweet and caring. We we're told that we were welcomed to stay as long as we needed, even though they had already been closed for a half-hour.

Everyone here is kind and caring. Dr. Maizie is a wonderful vet. She is warm and loving, and truly cares about the animals she sees. Her support as we went through the decision to have our cat put to sleep was invaluable. ❤

I have nothing but good things to say about shiloh. They have taken car of my fur babies for 6 years now.
They have always been kind, compassionate, patient and caring towards all of them, and one of my fur babies has a good amount of anxiety. Recently my oldest dog passed away. To say I was devastated is a understatement. The staff at Shiloh sent me a card expressing their condolences and a beautiful arrangement. I have never been so touched in my life ❤. If you choose to have shiloh you can rest assured your fur babies will receive the best care from a group of people who truly care about your animals!

The staff at Shiloh Animal Hospital go above and beyond in delivering knowledgeable and compassionate care. My cats are never happy getting vaccines or a checkup, but I feel relieved knowing they are being cared for by people who truly understand cat behavior and want what's best for my animals.

The veterinarians are also always willing to answer questions and address concerns I bring up to them. I never walk away feeling like I'm missing something or need to google for additional information.

Overall, 5 out of 5 stars. Wonderful clinic!

Dr. M is amazing as always! Even tho she hadn't physically seen me (only my boys HokusPokus & Low-KeyKitty) she was smiles & even asked about my commuting between Ohio and the UK. Keeping my boys up to date on everything they'll need when we return home. The staff is amazing. Thru the worst of the pandemic and beyond they've been amazing.

Dr. Mazzei and her team are wonderful to work with. They always take care of our beagle with the utmost care and kindness. We have needed to be seen a couple of times quickly and they always find a time to see him. The office is very clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and professional. We drive a half hour to get there and it is worth it!

My husband and I just left Shiloh Animal Hospital after our first visit with our GSD pup. I rarely, if ever, write reviews, but I felt called to write one as soon as I got home. This place is PHENOMENAL. I honestly cannot say enough about them. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. Dr. Mazzei and her team took the time to get to know our skittish pup and us, as the owners. She didn’t rush like some other providers do and she made sure every single question or concern we had was addressed. She is professional and was so loving towards our puppy. I will be recommending this animal hospital to all my pet owner friends!

My dogs love the staff here. They are the sweetest and most professional staff I've ever encountered at a veterinarian clinic. My dogs run in, but I have to drag them out. They never want to leave this place. I am so grateful that they make every visit special for them. Plus, the fees are very reasonable ☺
